technical liaison with hotels and vendors to determine equipment and
interfaces needed to provide effective support for these annual
conferences.

Develop, edit, modify, and test documentation on PowerFAIDS
software releases, technical documentation provided to customers and
potential customers, and in house technical procedures.

Act as
technical liaison between Sales department, current and potential
customers; often sitting in on
conference calls with both sales staff and customers for PowerFAIDS
and NetPartner.

Provide technical consulting services for current and potential
PowerFAIDS
and NetPartner customers by
reviewing their institutional configurations and making recommendations to best
support the customer and
the products in their environment.
·
Work
with PowerFAIDS
customers to correct a wide variety of problems such as database
corruption, loss of connectivity to server, and recovery from server
crashes.
·
Instruct customer’s technical personnel
on implementing parameters
to boost the client/server program’s processing speed.
·
Serve
as DBA, installing and configuring new Sybase and SQL Server 2000
test servers in house.
·
Configure and test database replication, generating replication
scripts for upgrade of SQL Server replicated databases.
·
Convert Sybase databases to SQL Server by means of database table
and column manipulation to properly transfer data from the
customer’s Sybase database to an empty SQL Server database.
Troubleshoot and correct any problems encountered during this
process.
·
Act as
web master for PowerFAIDS
web site. Handling issues with NT 4.0 and Windows 2000
Advanced web servers, MS Front Page 2000/2003, and IIS 5/6.
·
Served
as a QA tester for a year testing new operating systems and database
platforms for certification with PowerFAIDS
client/server software.
